THINGS TO KNOW TO MAKE YOUR TRAINING EXPERIENCE WITH ASTEC MORE ENJOYABLE
All courses start at 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted. Try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early if possible.
Free Coffee is available all day for courses held at our Training Center.
All course materials and supplies required will be provided. You may also wish to bring along note paper if you like to take notes throughout the course.
Any learning or physical impairments that could affect your ability to successfully complete the course should be brought to the attention of the instructor before the course starts. This type of information will be kept strictly confidential.
Students registered for Confined Space level II training should bring coveralls, gloves, hard hat, and safety boots to the course along with clothing suitable for prevailing outside weather conditions.
Improving our Customer Service is our number one priority. ASTEC's courses have limited seating. To ensure our clients the best opportunity to participate in courses they have registered for, all students registered for courses are required to prepay their seat in the course with either cash, credit card (Visa-Mastercard), or on account. Customers with accounts will automatically have their seats guaranteed at time of booking. It is the responsibility of each student to provide ASTEC 24hr. cancellation notice prior to the start of course. All courses start at 8:00 AM (unless specified otherwise). All students registered for courses will be either invoiced on account or charges applied to credit card on the day of the course.
At the end of course, you will be asked to complete a Student Comment Form. Your feedback on your learning experience is important to us, and helps us determine how we can improve our services to you.
