If the student's first aid certificate has expired, even by one day, they are not eligible to participate in the recertification process.

Online Standard First Aid is a blended training course. It allows companies with a number of employees requiring First Aid Recertification to schedule the training at their convenience. The theory portion can be taken over a period of 90 days. Astec will schedule the practical portion and the exam once per month to complete the certification. Participants only need to be available for 1 day to demonstrate the practical skills. This course is designed for companies who have employees that have had previous classroom First Aid training. This course is ideally suited for companys with ten or more employees needing recertification.
