(New Bonnvyille Branch Office Address)   On October 1st 2003 Ron & Phyllis Mack sold ASTEC Safety to Larry & Jo-Anne Johnston. Two years later ASTEC entered into a joint venture with Eveready Industrial Services Ltd. to expand into Fort McMurray,  Bonnyville,  & Provost.   In May 2006 Eveready purchased ASTEC and the company became a division of Eveready Energy Services.  Three years later on July 31, 2009 Eveready was sold to Clean Harbors and ASTEC was sold back to the Johnstons.   We are very pleased to announce that ASTEC is once again a "Family" Business providing safety training & equipments services in five locations. Lloydminster, Fort McMurray, Bonnyville, Provost, and St. John's Nfld.
