ASTEC Safety Inc. Instructor Requirements

The following bullets outline the key prequisites for becoming an instructor with ASTEC Safety.

A minimum of 3 years experience in some aspect of the oil and gas industry. Field experience in operations would be considered an asset.
Some level of post secondary education.
Excellent communication skills.
Person is organized and personable.
Demonstrated ability to use a computer. Must be able to work with MS Outlook, Word and Power Point.
Sincere interest in safety training as a career.
Supervisory experience would be an asset.
Training or experience in adult education would be considered a strong asset.
Candidates will be asked to demonstrate their instructional ability or potential at some point in the interview process.
